Founded in 1990 and led by Dr. David Webster since 1992, the practice has grown alongside the community it serves. What began as a modest clinic offering general eye care has developed into a leading optometric center. We’ve proudly served multiple generations of families in Powell and remain involved in local outreach efforts, including school vision screenings and support for area wellness initiatives.
