Ongoing Support for Chronic Eye Conditions

Managing eye disease requires more than occasional checkups. It takes continuity, early detection, and trusted providers who understand how to guide patients through long-term care.

If you’re noticing blurry vision, light sensitivity, or frequent changes in your prescription, these may be early signs of a chronic condition.

We provide tailored care plans, patient education, and collaborative referrals when needed. We coordinate care with your primary care doctor or specialist to ensure your eye health is fully integrated into your long-term wellness plan.

Conditions We Monitor and Manage

Glaucoma: A slow-progressing condition that damages the optic nerve, often without early symptoms. We use non-invasive tonometry and OCT imaging to monitor changes in eye pressure and nerve health.

Diabetic Retinopathy: Patients with diabetes are at increased risk for retinal damage and vision loss. Our exams include widefield retinal imaging and routine monitoring to detect signs before symptoms appear.

Cataracts: While cataracts are common with age, timely diagnosis allows us to recommend co-management with trusted surgeons and support you throughout the surgical process.

Keratoconus and Corneal Changes: We use topography and corneal mapping tools to identify irregularities and fit specialty lenses for improved clarity and comfort.

Dry Eye Disease: Chronic dry eye can lead to inflammation and damage. We offer diagnostics with the OCULUS Keratograph and treatment options including IPL therapy.

Early Detection Through Advanced Imaging

Our approach to disease management is supported by a suite of in-house technology, allowing for precise tracking and early intervention. These tools help us deliver more confident diagnoses and better patient outcomes.

Our diagnostic technology includes:

  • OCT with iVue
  • Optos ultra-widefield imaging
  • iCare tonometry
  • OCULUS Keratograph 5M
  • Corneal topography

These tools allow us to identify changes before they affect your daily life and guide timely, effective treatment. We take time to explain every diagnosis clearly and help you understand how your lifestyle, medications, and overall health affect your eyes.

Your Long-Term Vision, Our Ongoing Commitment

We provide continuous care for patients with chronic eye conditions, whether you’ve recently been diagnosed or are seeking a new provider to oversee your treatment. Our doctors collaborate closely with your primary care physician or specialists when needed to ensure your care is coordinated and complete.

Our goal is to protect your vision and keep you informed at every step.
