Dr. Kelbly introduced me to a new brand of contact lenses that are more comfortable and less drying than the brand I had been wearing for years. She has a great personality, is knowledgeable and highly recommended. Happy I switched to this practice. All of the staff is attentive and extremely helpful and friendly.

Everyone at Powell Vision Center is always so friendly! They have great state of the art equipment to make eye exams painless and easy. Soche was so helpful in choosing several pairs of glasses, which is always a difficult decision for me. Would highly recommend!

I took my 11 month old son today to see Dr. Kelbley for his first eye exam and it was a great experience! The front desk staff were super welcoming and kind. Dr. Kelbley was so good with my son and took the time to explain her findings and created a continuous care plan for him. She was amazing! I would recommend her for all pediatric eye exams!

I have been pleased with the services of Powell Vision Center for decades. Recently, Dr. Webster diagnosed me with Dry Eye Disease. He recommended and provided an IDL treatment. While the IDL treatment was a bit of a process, it worked wonders for me! I am so, so grateful and cannot thank him enough.
