Powell Vision Center, directed by Dr. David M. Webster, provides comprehensive eye examinations using the latest in eye care diagnostic technology. Our office has over 1000 frames in stock providing you with many designer choices. Additional services include custom contact lens fitting, laser vision co-management, and treatment of ocular disease. Powell Vision Center was established in 1990. Dr. David Webster, a graduate of the OSU College of Optometry, joined the practice in 1992. In 1998 the practice moved from Grace Drive to The Market at Big Bear Farms. In 2004 Dr. Webster became the sole owner of the practice. In 2008 the office was expanded and remodeled. As Powell continues to grow, so does the scope of our practice.
